Health Department Presents Chisum ISD With Stop the Bleed Kits

On 12/7/2023, at the Chisum ISD School Health Advisory Council Meeting, Rhonda Brown with the Lamar County Health Department presented Chisum ISD Police Chief Boehler with two stop the bleed kits. Each kit has 6 tourniquets, along with everything needed to stop a bleeding incident, from a minor bleed to a major bleed. 

Chisum ISD has been able to install 12 Stop the Bleed Stations across the District over the last couple of years with the help of the Health Department. Because of this, We are better prepared for any major incident that may arise at Chisum ISD.
