Chisum High School - Upcoming Mock Wreck Exercise

Chisum High School is participating in a Mock Wreck Exercise in partnership with Paris EMS, Texas DPS, and the Lamar County Sheriff's Department on Friday April 26, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.  According to documents published by the CDC, nearly 75% of all accidental deaths of teenagers (12-19) involve a motor vehicle.  Chisum High School has been approached with this opportunity to show our students what a motor vehicle collision scene might look and sound like moments after the event.  The event will include a Mock Wreck scene on the front parking lot of Chisum High School, EMS Vehicles, DPS Vehicles and personnel, and a careflight helicopter.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at (903) 737-2800 or through email at cmiller@chisumisd.org
